FWIW, I don't know whether this is more an Apple iPhone problem or a Verizon problem. I suspect the latter as we had an even worse problem with Verizon two years ago when we bought their Home Internet solution. Click on the tags "We don't care we don't have to" or "We're the phone company" to see that sad saga.

"Why not switch carriers?" you might ask. Well, in those tags you'll see that others are WORSE. With Verizon, at least, once we get past the setup pains their shit WORKS. The others, not so much.
